Free Pass
The first 2 players to post that they have read this get a free pass on a mule run. You must of course include your name and also add something specific that you saw in a video on this site.
D line tackle and pursuit keeping your body low and head focused at the ball gives you better side-to-side movement. Which allows you to have a better angle of attack thus crushing the ball carrier. Nick Saunders
More Ball Security...the running back who got the fumble had his wrist below his elbow and the ball was not tight to his chest. Free Mule Run for the Stinchinator:)...Jordan Stinchcomb
During the deffesive drills, the player gets his power from his legs.

Well Done Saunders!
ReplyDeleteAll right...now there is still one more free pass...who will it be?
